Our Research Group focuses on understanding stem cell biology for therapeutic application in regenerative medicine and immune-related/inflammatory diseases through the use of in vivo developmental and disease models as well as human in vitro modeling systems.

Research Field：The goals of our research are to investigate roles of extracellular vesicles (EVs)/exosomes in stem cell homeostasis and to manipulate EV biogenesis of stem cell for disease treatments. From this angle, we develop strategies for treating cancers and neural degeneration diseases.
